The Hundred, redrawn

The columns are gone. One horizontal rail for the promise, a second beneath it for the stack, and a day that changes colour when you break the top of it.

The meter

Two rails, one origin

The promise sits on the short rail. Everything else you ran sits on the long one underneath. Drag the sliders, or take the four states.

  1. Orange to the hundred, then rust

The fill runs left to right toward the target line. At a hundred it turns, through a short gradient, into rust. The rust keeps going to the ceiling at a hundred and fifty and stops wherever you stopped.

    WAS five vertical blocks
  2. The stack is the rail underneath

Longer than the one above it, because it holds more. One band per activity, divided by hairlines, then the overage area at the far end.

  3. Apex is a line, and it lights

Cross it and the line ignites in gold. It is the only moment on this screen that glows, so it means something when it happens.

  4. Apex Animal takes the whole day

Max the promise and max the stack and the screen stops being slate. The ground turns rust, the type goes to gold, the nav follows. It should feel like the app noticed.

Screen one

Today, before and after

Left, the morning. The plate has the room. Right, after you log. The plate becomes a strip and gives the height back, one tap from full screen either way.

DAY 20 STAMPED COMPLETE
  1. One tap changes group

The cycle mark and the group name, bottom edge sitting on the same line as the bottom of your own name. Tap it and you are in the other group.

    WAS PLATE II, DAILY LOG
  2. A gear, and it looks like one

Eight teeth and a hub, not a sunburst. It reclaims the width of the word SETTINGS on every screen, and it sits at the far end so no thumb swaps your group by accident.

    WAS SETTINGS
  3. The plate has the room, in the morning

Full width, first thing, before you have done anything. One tap takes it full screen.

  4. And gives it back once you log

After the day is stamped it collapses to a strip, and everything below it moves up a screenful. Still one tap to full screen. The artwork earns the height once, not twice.

  5. The graded tile says so in full

Orange border, words spelled out, and every tile carries its unit so reps and minutes stop sharing a grid while pretending to be the same thing.

WAS a corner mark reading GRADES
The plate, full screen

One tap open, then swipe the stack

The controls sit on a half transparent bar over the artwork rather than beside it. The right arrow slides today's plate out to the left and brings in the plate for the next activity you have switched on. Only the ones you elected.

Not touched

What is already right

Day 20 stamped complete. Rewards are not yet confirmed. Write in the margin. You are at day 20, below you is what you have kept. The Ledger reading downward from the road ahead into what is already earned. The forged ring and HAMMERED as the day's state. Parchment against slate. None of that is generic and none of it should change.
